Sadaf respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the information we may collect when you use the Sadaf mobile app and website, how we use that information, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
When you create or use a Sadaf account, we may collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, and account information.
When you place an order or use delivery features, we may collect your delivery address, saved locations, delivery area, and location or GPS coordinates that you choose to provide.
We may also process information related to your shopping activity, including products, orders, cart or wishlist activity, coupons, loyalty points, delivery status, and customer support requests.
For payments, we may receive and store information needed to identify and manage the transaction, such as payment method, payment status, transaction reference, and amount. Where a third-party payment provider processes a payment, that provider may process payment information under its own privacy terms.
For security and operation of the service, we may process technical information such as device information, authentication or session information, push-notification identifiers, IP address, request timestamps, and security logs.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain the Sadaf service, create and secure accounts, process orders, arrange delivery, provide saved-location features, manage loyalty points and coupons, process or verify payments, send service and order notifications, provide customer support, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Location information is used to support delivery and location-related features. Sadaf does not use delivery location information for advertising purposes.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Sadaf may use a device notification identifier to send order updates, account notifications, promotional messages, or other app notifications. You can control notification permissions through your device settings.
Sharing of Information
We may share information only when reasonably necessary to operate Sadaf, including with service providers that assist with hosting, notifications, payments, delivery, technical infrastructure, or customer support.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, a valid legal request, or to protect the security and rights of Sadaf, our customers, or others.
Sadaf does not sell your personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Data transmitted between the Sadaf app and our services is protected using secure network connections such as HTTPS where applicable.
No internet or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting obligations, and operate our business.
Some transaction, order, invoice, payment, fraud-prevention, or accounting information may need to be retained after account deletion when required by law or for legitimate legal obligations.

When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required. Information that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory purposes may be retained only for the required period.
Your Choices
You may update certain account information through the app, remove saved locations, control device permissions such as location and notifications, and request deletion of your account.
